The Relationship Between Natural Law and Positive Law in Thomas Aquinas
University of Iowa College of Law

Robert T. Miller is Professor of Law and the F. Arnold Daum Fellow in Corporate Law at the University of Iowa College of Law. Formerly a professor at the Villanova Law School, Professor Miller is a former President and Vice President of the St. Thomas More Society of Philadelphia. His scholarship concerns primarily corporate law, the economic analysis of law, and the philosophy of law, and he often writes for a popular audience in First Things and Public Discourse. He holds a B.A. from Columbia College of Columbia University, an M.A. and M.Phil. in philosophy from the Columbia Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a J.D. from the Yale Law School.
