Francis Graham Lee, Ph.D., is
Professor Emeritus at Saint Joseph's University. Dr. Lee is a former chairman of the Political
Science Department of Saint Joseph's University, and is the author of numerous
articles, and of six books. He is an
expert in the Constitution of the United States, and has a particular expertise
in the religion causes of the First Amendment of the Constitution. Dr. Lee holds an A.B. degree from Boston
College, and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
